Day 73

Last night was Shoulders and Arms. I compared my reps number and last night was the most I’ve done so far and plug I’m lifting 5lbs extra weight. So I got more reps with a bigger weight. I don’t know about you but for me that’s a very positive result. So far everything has been great except I haven’t been able to really gain the weight I lost. I wanted to convert it into muscles but instead I lost about 8lbs and because I didn’t want to lose more weight I started my own diet. I started to eat a lot more crabs than suggested in the nutrition guide. I did lose about 3 inches of belly but it’s not enough. I can see the six pack coming and abs are getting stronger but it’s not there yet. I guess even if I don’t get a six pack it’s not a big deal. Having p90x under your belt is big deal! Now that I’m working out, I can continue to work out. It took me years to start working out and now I accomplished my goal. I will not stop until I get to where I want.

Day 57

Day 57 Chest and Back

I’ve been sick for the past 3-4 days and last week was my rest week. I only skipped one day because I had some stomach flu and became real weak and couldn’t perform my workout.

I have nothing but good things to say about P90x. Why? Because I can finally start doing Push-ups. I did over 100 push-ups last night during Chest and Back workout. For about a month and a half I couldn’t do more than 10-15 proper pushups without feeling any pain and not to mention after I did those 10-15 pushups I couldn’t do any more pushups for the rest of the workout so I had to use my knees all the time. I couldn’t do diamond pushups at all. Last night I did 25 totals. Dive Bomber Push-ups are the worst and because it comes in at the end of all the workouts. I couldn’t do 1 Drive Bomber Push-up and Last night I did 10.

Day 54

Day 54! I know time fly’s. I haven’t been updating my blog. I’ve been really busy with work and family stuff so I really haven’t had a chance to do so. I’m still keeping up with p90x everyday! I had ups and down in-between all this time. There were times I felt very extremely tired due to lack of sleep or not enough food or water which prevented me from performing to the max, so I try and get at least 7 and half hours of sleep if not full 8. I do see and feel the difference. Last night was core synergistic and I did at least 40 push-ups in multiple sets without any problems.  So I know I have a lot more strength now than I did before. I still however have some belly fat left which I’m hoping will go away in phase 3. I will continue to post as much as I can. Thank you.

Day 30

So far the month has been a blast for me. I love the program. I’m not going to lie, I got upset many times in between when I couldn’t do enough push-ups or pull-ups or pick up dumbbells but I keep telling myself the same thing over and over again which is, Success doesn’t happen over night! You gota work for it and earn it. Just a month of workout isn’t going to give me what I need. I’ve been eating fatty food all my life so comparing that to a month is nothing. I’ve posted pictures of me under my transformation and see for yourself what the results are. Not a single day I cheated. I worked every single day and even though I don’t update my blog every day now. I work from 7am till 5:30pm and I get home around 6:30pm and right away I start my workout. By the time I’m done I’m pretty wasted but I still push myself each and every day. I will not stop until I reach my goal.

 

Day 29

Phase 2 Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

Since I was on rest week, last night was tough, way too many pushups were involved. I used my knees after about first 10 push-ups. I was feeling it last night. I also had ab ripper x. I was able to do full 349 moves. I paused the video until I did my 25 reps, my stomach was on fire but I felt good. I remember when I couldn’t do more than 8 or 10 of any moves from ab ripper x so something is definitely working.

Day 23

Today was Kenpo X. I love Kenpo X. I think its everyone’s favorite workout. I had so much energy today and my heart rate was fine throughout the whole workout. I weigh myself today and I’m exactly 150. Which is good. I need to gain muscle weight now. Soon I’ll be posting my day 30 pictures…

Day 22

Yesterday was my first Core Synergistics. I think it was great! It’s got everything mixed from push-ups to lifting dumbbells. I loved it. Its been great so far. I got into a little accident a yesterday and my fingers got hurt and my shoulder so I had to make little adjustments. I didn’t stop nor did I take break. I kept going and I will continue!

 

Day 18

Shoulders and Arms.

Last night was shoulders and Arms. I did perform a little better than last week. I could feel my veins. I’ve never had that feeling before. Especially my left arms I could see the veins pumping. I have a problem lifting a dumbbell with my left hand after a few exercises. I’m not sure if this is the case with everyone but I will find out. Ab ripper was great last night. I felt a little nauseous after ab ripper since I did 25 reps each.

Day 17

Last night was great. I think Plyometrics is my favorite workout =D. I was really excited for it actually and I was able to finish it without struggling. I can definitely feel the difference as far as my stamina goes. I can’t wait for it to be day 30 so I can compare the pictures from day one.

Day 15

So yesterday was my first day of week 3. I was able to do a few push-ups but I still haven’t been able to do pull-ups without the chair. Max I can do is one. I could only do 3 diamond push-ups and clearing the fence I could do 1 and rest I used my knees. Hopefully my strength will increase. I did read a lot on it and mostly everyone said its normal so I’m hoping it is. I’ll continue to press play and hope for some better result.
